1) Talking on the phone/calling people/companies/doctors/etc.
2) Cooking (so I won’t starve)
3) Getting up in the morning
4) Not scratching myself when I get stressed
5) Telling myself that I don’t have to be the best/strongest/prettiest/cleverest/perfect.
6) Not constantly reminding myself of the awful truth; that I will some day die.
7) Swimming (as it is now I cannot)
8) Stop blaming myself for everything.
9) Getting off the internet and going outside
10) Remembering that I AM beautiful, brilliant, bright, fantastic and other awesome adjectives.
